Demonstrated experience in providing application close support, coordinating and communicating with users about upcoming application changes or the impacts of scheduled or unplanned outages to applications. Demonstrated experience in providing user training and analyzing reported application issues to determine the cause and resolution. Demonstrated experience in preparing milestone status reports and presentations to support status briefings to customers, team and leadership. Demonstrated experience performing functional and regression testing of enhancements to application software; including documenting testing criteria and results to support resolution of issues, deployment readiness and user acceptance. Demonstrated experience maintaining a support knowledge base for frequently asked questions and support processes. Demonstrated experience utilizing IT service management tools to create, maintain and communicate the operational status of the application, coordinate change activities and resolve support requests and incidents. Demonstrated experience documenting functional and data requirements and tracking those requirements throughout the system development life-cycle.
Demonstrated experience with coordinating the resolution of network connectivity issues. Demonstrated experience facilitating the request and fulfillment of user requests for account and application accesses to the customers computing environments and software applications. Demonstrated experience using the Windows operating system, Microsoft Office, web browsers, Share Point, and Jira to collaborate with members of an application support and development team.
