An Uber driver is suspected of sexually assaulting a 21-year-old Wayne State University student Thursday evening after picking her up in Midtown Detroit.
The incident, involving a 29-year-old man, is thought not to have occurred on campus, Detroit Deputy Police Chief David Le Valley said Friday afternoon.
